I do not participate in any managed care networks or insurance panels. I can provide a statement, called a Superbill, which may allow for reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to pay at the time of the session and then to contact your managed care provider for reimbursement.
Cancelling or rescheduling appointments requires a 24 hour notice by telephone or by email. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged for the missed session.
